Benefiting from a corner position, the spacious living/dining area is kept light and airy with dual aspect windows. A large sofa and stylish interiors ensure a comfortable evening relaxing after a day in the city, and unlimited WiFi and a large flat screen TV with Virgin will meet your entertainment needs. Moving through to the adjoining kitchen, and you will find everything you need to whip up anything from a quick Nespresso coffee to a full scale banquet, including a dishwasher to take care of the pans afterwards.

Two double bedrooms provide a peaceful night’s sleep, both with plentiful guest storage and one benefitting from an en suite. A further shower room and separate WC completes this charming home from home.

In terms of location, The Angle Park Residence is ideally situated both to explore Edinburgh’s main attractions and make the most of local residential amenities. Sitting pretty in the leafy area of Ardmillan, there are plenty of shops and eateries nearby, as well as rainy day paradise Fountain Park, home to Cineworld, Bowling and plenty of family favourite restaurants. When its time for something a little more Medieval, our world-famous Old Town is less than a mile away. The New Town, renowned for its Georgian architecture, boutiques and galleries, is also just a twenty-minute walk from the apartment.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

This property has free "greenway" parking outside the property restricted Mon-Fri 7.30-9.30AM and 4-6.30PM.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
