The management team was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and requests. The apartment was nice and quiet. The sounds of birds and the river made us feel like we were in the countryside and a short walk later we would find ourselves in the busy West Side.

Great house, offering everything you need for a long weekend with family. Could do with some maintenance (e.g. some kitchen drawers hard to open). Some bedrooms warm up better than others. Otherwise a perfect wee place and exactly what I needed.

What a grand apartment! It is a really special place and so representative of Edinburgh,s grand Georgian history. You can sit in the bay window, observe the cobbled street and reminisce in the splendid living room. The bedrooms at the rear are quiet and prefect for our family visit. The area sits in the West End/Haymarket with lots of shops, restaurants and bars we could easily walk to the city centre. Murrayfield, where we watched the rugby, is an easy walk. Prefect for getting the tram to the Airport or down to Leith. There appears to be a new modern shower room, the shower is powerful and hot. Kitchen is well stocked and clean. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

The apartement ( Highstreet 107) was quite good, The Kitchen well equiped. Everything clean. Unfortunately there were some problems with the toilet flushing. It took ages ( 1/2 h) untill it was refilled. The shower had a similar problem. The waterpressure was so poor , you could not take a normal shower , but had to knee down, so that at least a little water came through. We filled cups to flush the shampoo out of our hair,<br />If this items where repaired , we could recommand this apartement , otherwise not.<br /><br />Hans-Gerd/ Claudia

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It is modern and old at the same time. We found the apartment very clean and has everything your could need for your stay in Edinburgh.

The owner was quick to have a minor repair done & gave us great information about getting to the apartment & possible issues related to traffic (because of the upcoming festivals that swamp the town).

The David Hume apartment was fantastic. Very comfortable, plenty of space to relax & not be in top of each other, and a fantastic location. The owner was easy to work with & very responsive to questions. We will definitely try to book the apartment the next time we come to Edinburgh!

This location couldn’t be beat! Right on the Royal mile very near Edinburgh Castle, Mary Kings Close and Victoria street. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed the accommodation at Traquair Park West. It was relaxing and quiet. The three bed rooms were comfortable and well appointed. There is an eat in kitchen/diner/snug as well as the main living room and conservatory. The house came with a dishwasher and a washing machine which came as well. The conservatory was a great place to wind down at the end of a busy day. Also, we enjoyed seeing the fox basking in the sun in the garden.

The house had everything you might need plus a parking space although we didnt use. Only minus was the small 2nd bedroom but overall it was ok. People at Reserved Apparments really know how to do their job. I will choose them again for my next visit.

Communication was a major plus point nothing seemed too much trouble. We had conserige on whats app and great communication by email answered quickly. Also our daugther left a teddy and the communication for returning it has been brilliant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this company highly.

Outstanding location, lovely layout perfect for our multi generational holiday. Rooms at the front were slightly loud until approx 11pm but totally understandable for such a central location. Noise did not impact our experience at all. Apartment was really clean and lovely and warm for our December stay. Fantasic that all rooms are ensuite. Amazing.

We are old soldiers that meet in Edinburgh every October. After being disappointed with our previous apartments standards we came accross York Place for less than we had been paying

Master Bathroom floor has stick on, bubbled flooring. Furniture was in disrepair. Shower in master bath had almost zero water pressure, and if water was used anywhere else on the apartment you had no hot water. No dressing table or mirror in second bedroom, and you can't use any hair dryers in either bathroom. Balcony door was wide open when we arrived and it was raining. The listing states that there is one parking spot, but you aren't allowed to park in the lot at the back of the building, and on street parking is limited.

Excellent management service. Kept me well informed of payment and access proceedures in advance of stay. Great property, roomy with good facilities and really close walkable access to the city. Top tip: parking was not available with property but booked private space with just park. Turned out to be rear courtyard access to the property. Off Dublin St Lane South.
