Please note that there is a pub beneath the property, and so we cannot guarantee silence, but we can assure you that being in the centre of Scotland’s most exciting city is well worth any occasional disturbance. Walk a mere five minutes to explore stunning Edinburgh Castle, take a short jaunt down the road to meet the delights of the Royal Mile, or be in Princes Street before you know it! Nearby Cockburn Street is a treasure trove of vintage boutiques and quaint restaurants, so why not dip through the nearest close and see what surprises await you. If you’d like to head further afield, Edinburgh Waverley Train Station is a hop, skip and a jig away, and North Bridge is extremely well served by Edinburgh’s efficient bus service. Edinburgh’s fabulous hop on/hop off bus tour also stops nearby, and we’d definitely recommend seeing the historic city from a vintage doubledecker!
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.
Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
