A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We provide a secure key box service, whereby we will email you the key code once the final balance has been paid. Check in and check out times are as shown and we will arrange these directly with you in advance of your arrival.

We reserve the right to vet any group booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups.

Parking notes There is on-street parking outside the apartment, which is free between 6.30pm until 8.30am, Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday.

The apartment itself has a lounge/kitchen with windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from the living room.

The master bedroom with a king size bed, has built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobe. The boxroom has a double bed to accommodate the 5th guest. All bedrooms are are the back of the apartment where there is no street noise.

A main bathroom with lovely bath, shower above bath, WC, sink and towel rail, completes the accommodation.

Fully functional kitchen with all mod cons, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.
