The apartment is large, at 1400 sq ft and has gas central heating throughout with private parking.
The Lounge has a leather corner suite, a 2 seat sofa and arm chair, along with a 42 inch flat screen television with SKY HD Television and DVD Player. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all Neff Appliances and there is ample storage. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Unlimited WiFi internet access is included at no extra charge. WiFi works throughout the flat.
All 3 bedrooms have a flatscreen TV with built in DVD player, along with an iPod Dock and Speakers. The beds are luxurious pocket sprung beds. Each bedrooms has a built-in wardrobe and good storage. All 3 bedrooms look out onto the Firth of Forth. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and an en suite Shower room, and a walk in wardrobe and drawers for storage. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, wardrobe and drawers for storage. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, a wardrobe and drawers for storage. All beds are pocket sprung. There is also a family bathroom, with a bath.
Western Harbour has Fantastic transport links, The No. 10 Bus terminus is located at the rear of the apartment, and this takes you straight into the city. Waverley train station is 3 miles away and the airport less than 10 miles away. Within a 5 minute short walk is an Asda Supermarket, which is open 24 hours 7 days a week.
There is also a Loch Fyne Fish Restaurant and Prezzo Italian Restaurant within a few minutes walk of the apartment, The Newhaven Quay family pub is also here. Ocean Terminal with all it's shopping, Restaurants Multi Screen Cinema and the Royal Yacht Britannia is a short walk away, this is also a main bus terminus for Edinburgh. The location is excellent combing excellent transport links, parking and stunning views.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
There is a digital keypad place your palm over the keypad to turn on and enter the code given to you closer to the time directly from the property owner and you can turn the lock and the handle beneath to gain entry.
