Having not used Reserve Apartments before I was a little bit nervous as what to expect, I shouldn't have been, Our apartment was excellently located, bright, clean and kitted out with all the things that you could need for a week away. I look forward to returning again soon.

Very nice, comfortable and cozy apartment. Clean rooms, fantastic beds! The apartment not far from the Royal Mile and main attractions. We want to come back here, if possible, next time.

Before we traveled the agent was very helpful and flexible. Once we arrive at the flat the agent was waiting for us and helped us to get to the property. He also gave us a hand with the bags ( the property is in the second floor).<br />The property itself was very nice and has all the basic commodities and a bit more.

Fantastic location! Lots of nice restaurants right around the corner, and bus/tram stop just a block away. Well-appointed, beautifully decorated, super comfortable bed, very quiet. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to others.

From ease of use of the website through to the ease of booking / payment etc, everything worked very well. On the day of arrival, 'Alice' was waiting for us at the apartment. She walked us around the apartment and was very informative, explaining about the essentials. A very prompt refund of the security deposit was appreciated. Thank you.

Lovely apartment! Very charming but with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully kept and very clean, so I can't fault it. Me and three friends stayed there last weekend and had a great time. And it's only about a 10 minutes walk from the train station, less in a cab! I would highly recommend.
