Poor upfont communication.

Product:

Master Bathroom floor has stick on, bubbled flooring. Furniture was in disrepair. Shower in master bath had almost zero water pressure, and if water was used anywhere else on the apartment you had no hot water. No dressing table or mirror in second bedroom, and you can't use any hair dryers in either bathroom. Balcony door was wide open when we arrived and it was raining. The listing states that there is one parking spot, but you aren't allowed to park in the lot at the back of the building, and on street parking is limited.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry to hear of the issues encountered during your stay. The Property Management team are currently working on sourcing new furniture and will put this into the apartment as soon as possible. With regards to the water pressure, this is set by the council from outside on the street and is unfortunately outwith our control. We will however ask the Property Management team if they can do anything to improve this. We will also discuss as a team how best to update the parking information on the listing. Please note it is standard practice in the UK to not have plug sockets in the bathroom for safety, however we will forward the suggestion of adding these to the Property Management team for consideration. Please accept our apologies for the balcony door being open on your arrival - we will ask the housekeeping team to check this is closed each time they leave the property. We hope, despite this, that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh.

Poor: Double bed in one of the bedrooms was terrible...soft, uneven; we woke
up with sore backs! Room itself is quite small and cramped.
Suggestion, besides new bed: corkscrew would be helpful addition

When apartment cancelled twice staff very helpful

The double bed was awful could not use! Freezer unuseable as totally frozen over! Left Appartment cleaner than found it, shower drain blocked and bad smell.

too strict cancellation cost and it is not reasonable if I book it with 8 weeks, there will not be possible to cancel it if any emergency happens. and the so-called damage deposit is also very rare in bookings.

Beautiful, quiet and spacious apartment with free parking just outside. The entry card for parking decks in the city was a wonderful perk! Would stay here again on a return trip.

Alice was a complete doll! We had some problems on the way up and had to push our check in time back a few times. She was sweet and hospitable, not the slightest bit annoyed. She shared a lot of helpful information about the area and the apartment itself. We were very pleased.

Product:

The apartment was nice and spacious and looked as it did in the pictures. Getting to it was a bit tricky on a slim road, but it was quiet and overlooked a wonderful park and lake. Very pleased with that as well.

The matrass of the double bed in the master bedroom should be replaced and the windows could be cleaner.

Very clean and every thing working. Nice view over the park. Free NCP Parking ticket an excellent add on. Small things: a corkscrew would have been nice, the mirror in the main bedroom would be better on the wall than the floor! A written guide to the oven and dishwasher might have saved time!

The apartment was well equipped. We were met on time with the keys. There is only one road access, which gets cut off for cars when HIBS are playing. Guests need to be told to expect this, and given notification of the times when the stadium is in use.
