All Edinburgh Reserve+ Collection properties should have one NCP parking pass, for use in the three city centre car parks:
Castle Terrace Edinburgh EH1 2EW
St Johns Hill Edinburgh EH8 9UL
St James Centre 2a Elder Street Edinburgh EH1 3JP
Each pass is numbered, and assigned to a specific apartment. It is important that the correct pass is in its designated property, so that we can track usage and act quickly if a pass is lost or damaged. If you manage multiple properties with us and are unsure which pass should go where, please get in touch with the office as we have a list.
Please display the pass clearly for guests, preferably with welcome packs and/or guest keys, along with the laminate from Reserve Apartments detailing the £40 fine. We have business card holders in the office that you are welcome to use.
It's vital that guests leave the pass in the holder when they check out. They can not keep the pass and return it later, as this may affect arriving guests. Please include checking the pass in your cleaners' changeover, and inform Reserve immediately if the pass is missing. We will then cancel it with NCP and request a replacement, and the guest will be fined.
Full details of how and where guests can use the pass is included in their confirmation from Reserve. The pass is used in place of a token or ticket, and needs to be scanned when entering and exiting the car park. The pass should be held up to the circle on the top right hand corner of the token/ticket dispenser to open the barrier.
