How do I get notified of a booking?

For each booking that we achieve, you'll be sent an email with details of your booking.
However, as email can be unreliable (e.g. it can get lost, go into your spam folder, by rejected by your email server, etc.) we suggest that you log-in to the system on a regular basis and check to make sure you are aware of all bookings.
If you do not have access to the system, you can check your online booking calendar via the website (in the same way that a potential guest would) and contact us if you are unaware of any dates showing as blocked.
