Cancelling a booking

Keeping cancellations to an absolute minimum is incredibly important.

Cancelling bookings can cause numerous problems for guests, is damaging to our reputation and, at the very least, involves additional time to be spent sourcing alternative accommodation by both the guest and the team at Reserve Apartments. For us, this then also has a direct impact on our administration costs, and takes us away from spending time achieving more bookings for property managers.

What should I do if I need to cancel a booking?

  • Do not contact the guest. We will contact them and provide alternative accommodation. 

What are the cancellation charges?

The cancellation charge is the original booking commission and will be applied to your next statement.

What if I wish to dispute the cancellation charge?

You can email us (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) if you wish to dispute the charge for a cancelled booking. In circumstance that are valid and supported by evidence we will investigate the dispute further.
