Can we stop Feefo feedback requests from being sent out?
Yes, but there's only a small time-frame in which we can do this.
Booking data is fed into Feefo for all confirmed bookings (made via the Reserve website) on the day of departure. A review request is then sent out to the guest a few days following this.
Within those few days, we can manually delete the booking from Feefo, and stop the email from going to the guest.
We would only want to do this in situations where we know a negative and unrealistic review is going to be posted.
The way to do this on the Feefo system is:
- Go to Reports/Housekeeping Reports/Recent Sales Reports
- Enter the relevant email address or order ref (booking ref) in the search field and submit
- When the line of data comes up just ‘tick’ the ‘delete’ box, then scroll to the bottom and ‘submit’
