Why isn't my feedback showing on my listing?

We only show guest feedback once we have received feedback from at least 3 guests. We do this to prevent any biased/unfair reviews from showing (for example, if you happen to receive an initial review from an awkward or unreasonable guest).

We also find that potential guests don't find single reviews very helpful or trustworthy. What's important is volume, and getting a sense that the feedback is genuine.

The Feefo system will send a review request to guests after their departure to encourage them to comment on their stay.
