When do we ask for reviews?

Review requests are automatically sent out three days following departure, for any confirmed bookings made via the Reserve Apartments website.

The is an automated system, run independently by Feefo. This is to ensure that all our guest feedback is genuine, and that only people who definitely booked and stayed with us are invited to leave a review.

For this reason, there's no option to leave a review simply by visiting the website, and it's not possible to send a link to a guest who wants to leave a review.

However, if you have a recent guest who would like to leave a review we are able to request that any email they didn't receive be resent. We can only do this for guests who booked directly with us.

For properties managed directly by Reserve Apartments we use our email marketing system to send review requests to guests who have not booked directly on our website (eg Booking.com, Airbnb). A request is sent at 12noon on the day of the guests' departure and again 4 days later. The guests will also receive a review reminder from the website on which they booked.
