What do guests receive?
Any guest that books on Reserve Apartments will automatically receive a confirmation email such as this.
For anyone using our full marketing service, your guests will also receive an email with a link confirming their booking in full. The page they click through will look like this. In addition, we also send emails asking for security deposits and balance payments to be made, and emails letting guests know when security deposits have been refunded.
For everyone who books directly with Reserve Apartments, we also send an automated feedback/review request from Feefo after their departure.
