Trouble getting hold of a guest

Sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of a guest using the details we send through for a booking. This may be because their contact information is incorrect, or that they are unable to get back to you (such as guests who are travelling).

In these instances, we ask that you contact us because:

  • We don't want you to have to chase bookings we send you. Part of the service we offer is to try and make things easier for property managers (hence we why don't really send you enquiries - just qualified bookings).
  • If we've been trying to contact the guest and had no luck it puts us in a stronger position to cancel the booking. We're able to say that we couldn't hold of them, rather than just pass on the message that someone couldn't get hold of them.
