How do guests know their security deposit will get refunded?

Processing security deposits actually costs us (both in money and time), but we do this to help protect our property owners and managers, and to ensure we are doing everything possible to avoid disruption to future guests.

Providing there are no deductions to be made the damage deposit will be refunded 5-7 working days after a guest's departure date for bookings at properties managed directly by Reserve Apartments. For properties not managed by Reserve, the damage deposit is processed directly by the property manager as quickly as possible.

Our dedicated teams attend properties managed directly by ourselves between each booking and report any damages to us, so ensuring the correct guests are charged for damaged or missing items.
