How do I get notified of a booking?
For each booking that we achieve, you'll be sent an email with details of your booking.
However, as email can be unreliable (e.g. it can get lost, go into your spam folder, be rejected by your email server, etc.) we suggest that you log in to the system regularly and check for any new bookings.
Alternatively, an easier way is to click 'Subscribe to Arrivals + Departures' on the bookings tab of your Bookster account. This allows you to view up-to-date arrival and departure information on your own, personal calendar.
If you do not have access to the Bookster system, you can check your online booking calendar via the website (in the same way that a potential guest would) and contact us if you are unaware of any dates showing as blocked.
