Can we stop Feefo feedback requests from being sent out?
We can stop Feefo from sending review requests to guests, but there's only a small time frame in which we can do this.
Booking data is fed into Feefo for all confirmed bookings (made via the Reserve website) on the day of departure. A review request is then sent out to the guest a few days following this.
Within those few days, we can manually delete the booking from Feefo, and stop the email from going to the guest.
We would only want to do this in situations where we know a negative and unrealistic review is going to be posted.
If you would like a Feefo review request to be halted, please contact us during the guest's stay, or as soon as possible after departure, and we will process this for you.
It is however worth noting that negative reviews provide us with an opportunity to show prospective guests how we do work hard to make the best possible experience for our customers. Having a mix of positive and negative reviews will also provide more authenticity to listings.
