Can I exclude guests based on age or gender?

In general, the fewer restrictions you place on your property, the more chance we have of achieving bookings. However, we do appreciate that if your property or surroundings would be hazardous to children, we should restrict the age of guests. Please note that properties managed directly by ourselves require at least one guest to be aged 25 years or older to ensure a responsible individual is present throughout the stay.
