Can I add my property to additional marketing channels?

If you advertise with us on a standard Reserve listing, you are free to market your property on any other channels you choose.

As part of the management service we provide to Reserve+ and ReserveAir clients, we handle all of your property's marketing on an exclusive basis. This means that we'll handle the set-up, maintenance and management of all the marketing for your property.

We're very selective when it comes to choosing the right marketing partners:

  • Appearing in too many locations can have a negative impact, as it will appear in search engines as duplicate or spam content
  • Some marketing channels produce a high volume of spam or irrelevant enquiries, and this takes staff time away from assisting and processing genuine enquiries from quality channels
  • Over time we investigate (and often test out) almost all of the major marketing channels, as well as many of the niche ones, to ensure your property gets exposure on all the marketing channels that matter.

If there are any marketing channels where your property (or Reserve) is not currently promoted, please let us know and we'll review this.

We must ask that all marketing for Reserve+ and ReserveAir be handled solely by the Reserve team in-house, including signing up for any new channels and the ongoing management of listings on these channels.
