Booking Periods
We pride ourselves on offering a personal service to our owners and our booking system allows us to fit in with the owners' individual requirements. We have found our system to be the best way to promote your property most effectively - once you have registered your property, we can offer it to prospective clients knowing that the dates are definitely available. This is particularly important as we have a live online booking system on our websites and clients can search for availability and know it is up to date and accurate. Should you require use of the property for personal use or maintenance, please let us know and we will block the calendar to secure the dates for you.
Electricity/Gas/Oil/Solid Fuel
There is a strong reluctance to pay any extra charges made for fuel and clients will not tolerate coin meters. We highly recommend using a Hive or Nest system as this provides greater control over heating at your property and will help to reduce costs.
Bed Linen
Bed linen must be of good quality and freshly laundered for all new arrivals. We recommend that you keep a washable cover on the duvet and under-slips on the pillows to protect them - stained mattresses, duvets or pillows will lead to complaints and are unacceptable. For the winter holidays you should provide some extra spare blankets. Electric blankets, if provided, must be safe and not show signs of wear or tear.
Restrictions
The fewer restrictions you place on your property, the more chance we have of obtaining good booking levels. However, we do appreciate that if your property or surroundings would be hazardous to children, we should restrict the age accepted. On properties managed directly by ourselves, we also require at least one guest to be aged 25 years or older to ensure a responsible individual is present throughout the stay.
