Which rugby teams play in the Autumn Internationals?
Just as northern hemisphere teams travel to the southern hemisphere each summer, the autumn sees southern teams welcomed to the top European rugby-playing countries.
Rugby heavyweights New Zealand and South Africa regularly visit Murrayfield to take on the Scottish national side.
With three Rugby World Cup trophies each to their name, the opportunity to see the All Blacks and Springboks play is not to be missed.
Australia, two times Rugby World Cup winners, are an equally historic rugby-playing nation, with the first rugby club formed at the University of Sydney in 1864.
Better known as Los Pumas, Argentina is the highest-ranking Spanish-speaking nation in rugby.
The team has played in every Rugby World Cup since it first took place in 1987 and often provides a tough challenge for opposing teams.
Other visitors for Scotland's autumn tests are Tonga, Fiji and Japan, who performed exceptionally well at their home Rugby World Cup in 2019.
Autumn rugby internationals at Murrayfield
Taking place each October and November, Scotland's autumn internationals offer great entertainment for spectators.
Murrayfield is located an easy distance from the centre of Edinburgh, allowing fans to be quickly transported to the midst of the match day experience.

The Autumn Internationals are a great alternative to the 6 Nations competition, which is played every February and March.
Scotland at the Rugby World Cup
The Rugby World Cup, which takes place every 4 years, will next be hosted by Australia from 1st October to 13th November 2027.
The 2027 tournament will be the first in which 24 international teams will compete for the coveted William Webb Ellis trophy.
The draw for the group stages will be made nearer the tournament and it will be exciting to see which teams Scotland will be facing!
