The Brunswick Street Residence is a glorious property in a great location, accommodating up to 8 guests in the city centre. The entire property emanates pure luxury, with designer furnishing and oodles of space and light throughout. Take advantage of this prime location in the city, with the Old and New Towns only 1 mile away, there are plenty of shopping pleasures, chic bars and restaurants, and Edinburgh’s famous attractions to occupy your time. The Brunswick Street Residence has recently been renovated to an exceptional standard.
After your busy day sightseeing, return to your city pad and cosy up on one of the sumptuous sofas and watch a movie on the flat screen TV next to the wood burning stove, or set the scene with your own music on the iPod dock.
Only a short walk away, and you can chose from the multicultural and independent eateries of Leith Walk, or the upmarket bistros of George Street. However, if you tire of the dining options locally and find yourself craving some home comforts, you can spoil yourself in the super slick modern kitchen diner, kitted out with everything you need.
This split level property has the main living areas and one bedroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.
When it is time to retire to the bedroom, choose from three bright and relaxing rooms, all with zip and link beds for either double or twin set up. Two additional guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. Two modern bathrooms – one with large shower cubicle, one with shower over bath – complete this delightful home from home.
This property is best suited to families, or considerate groups. Hen, stag or party groups should not book and will not be given access to the apartment.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
Sleeping arrangements There is one double bedroom downstairs to the front of the building which has a zip and link double bed, which can be divided into two single beds if required. There are two further double bedrooms one to the front and one to the rear with the same bedding arrangements as the downstairs bedroom. Additionally there is a very comfortable double bed settee in the lounge.
Parking notes This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in local area for additional fee. Private parking facilities are available the Q-Park car park at Greenside Row.
This property is situated on the 3rd floor of a traditional tenement building, therefore, no lift is available.
