Sandstones holiday home is just a 'stone's throw' from North Berwick's stunning West Beach and is perfectly located, with easy access to the High Street shops, pubs and restaurants. This 3 bedroom first floor apartment has maintained so much of its period decor and furnishings, which lend this property an ageless charm and comfort. There is a delightfully maintained garden with patio and outdoor table, chairs and bench. For golfers' carts, clubs, baby buggies and beach implements, there is a large secure and watertight outdoor storage room. For the intrepid golfer, you are yards away from the exclusive North Berwick West Links international golf course.

Large full family bathroom. Beautifully modern with bath, walk in shower, wash hand basin and W/C and of course the wonderful, high Victorian ceiling.
This modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Victorian ceiling clothes drying pulley and all the essential items for your stay. There is also a small fold down table with a couple of chairs for your morning breakfast.
Sitting Room with Dining Area:
This room oozes Victorian charm. The original furniture is still in place and really transports you to another era. However, the flat screen TV and DVD player promptly bring you back to the 21st Century. Just under the large picture windows is a round table which seats four from which, on a bright clear day, you can catch a glimpse of the Firth of Forth.
Sandstones is situated on Westgate which is the extension of North Berwick's High Street. The property is accessed down a pathway to the right of the building, through a wooden gate. The main door is located at the back of the property and is clearly marked. There is a lovely garden with a small patio area with a wooden bench. The table and additional chairs are kept in the outdoors storage room, located next to the main property entrance. This apartment is in an ideal location for a family holiday or a golfing break in North Berwick, with the North Berwick Golf Club and West Links Golf Course just across the road. There is also a shared drying area, however this is recognized as the garden for the ground floor resident, so we ask our holiday makers NOT to use this garden to gather in, but instead to use it solely to hang washing.
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.
Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day
To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
