Whether your intentions are business or pleasure, this two bedroom, ground floor property awaits your arrival with home comforts and luxury treats.

The large, drawing room style living and dining room is finished to the highest standard and fit for a king. Rest your weary legs after a long day’s exploring in the city, enjoying quiet contemplation whilst you bask in the sunlight from the large bay windows. If you need some stimulation, your entertainment needs are more than met with your choice of Virgin TV and DVD player, high speed WiFi, and Bose iPod dock. Joining us for a cozy winter retreat? No problem, there is gas central heating throughout, and living flame gas fire with black slate fireplace.

The fully fitted kitchen is on hand should you wish to rustle up some homemade delights, no doubt made using local delicacies purchased from nearby independent traders in Dean Village and the New Town. As well as all of the standard mod cons expected in this generous galley kitchen, guests are treated to a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large, French oak dining table in the lounge to help you entertain up to eight guests.

The master double bedroom features a sumptuous king size, American oak bed and expansive fitted wardrobes, and is decorated in calming neutral tones. There is a further double bedroom down the hall, and a fresh white family bathroom with power shower over bath.

This property is perfectly situated for both city centre exploration, and easy access to the rest of Edinburgh, Scotland and beyond. The main tourist attractions are within walking distance, and frequent public transport routes to other areas of the city pass through Haymarket Terrace at the end of the street, including Edinburgh’s famous new Tram and the Airlink airport bus. Haymarket railway station is also a short walk away, and Waverley station is a 5 minute taxi journey away. Edinburgh Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and Murrayfield Ice Rink are a short drive or bus journey away.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

    Easy website to use with good choice of properties.


    Great location just a walk away up from haymarket train station. Amazing size of living room! It's a good base to stay for going out and about exploring Edinburgh. Not far from tram stop or bus stops. Was met by christine who was pleasant and recommended places to see. Would book again

    very good.


    Excellent apartment, close to all amenities. Spacious and warm. Good price.

    Clearer instructions on the heating system would have been useful as the room thermostat didn't work. After finding the instruction booklet the following morning all was well. Just a minor hiccup. The fire in the lounge was great.

    Que des compliments à faire:<br />Réponse rapide et précise<br />Remboursement tres ponctuel de la caution<br />Quant à l'appartement il est aussi beau que sur les photos<br />Quartier tres agréable et très bien situé<br />Juste un petit bémol:<br />Nous avons pu entrer dans les lieux à midi et c'était génial mais nous n'avons eu la réponse que le matin à notre arrivée à l'aéroport<br />Donc prévoir un plan B si cela n'est pas possible!
