Bright, spacious and luxurious 4 bedroom flat in old whisky wine warehouse ideally located for easy access to the vibrant Shore area of Leith with its fantastic selection of restaurants and attractions as well as being a short bus ride to the centre of Edinburgh.The property offers 1 family ensuite room (1 kingsize bed with a single sofa bed and cot if required), 2 double rooms and 1 twin room as well as a double sofa bed in a separate area of the large lounge dining area.

The apartment is located just a short walk from the vibrant Shore area of Leith with it's fantastic mix of Michelin Star restaurants, great pubs, the Scottish Malt Whisky Society and attractions such as the Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal Shopping, Restaurant and Cinema complex. And just a short bus ride from the city centre (No.22 bus leaves just outside apartment approx every 10 mins during the day and also runs a night bus service).

Situated in a quiet courtyard behind Great Junction Street this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a range of local amenities right on your doorstep and easy access to all the city sights.

Exterior The apartment is in a block within a quiet courtyard behind Great Junction St so away from any street noise and is located in the old warehouse area of the Leith Docks just a short bus ride from the city centre.

Parking notes There is one parking space in the courtyard parking area for the property and additional free parking on the streets around the property (Yardheads, Henderson St and Cables Wynd).

Interior layout The apartment itself offers extremely spacious accommodation with a bright large L shaped lounge dining room, 4 large bedrooms - one family ensuite room with a kingsize bed, single sofa bed and option for a cot, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a further bathroom with bath and shower. There is central heating throughout and plenty of space to find a quiet corner.

Windows on the east side of the property have views to Arthurs Seat with window sills large enough to sit in and read while enjoying the view, and those on the west to the inner courtyard.

The large lounge has TV/DVD, Stereo, i-pod docking station, digital radio and free wi-fi access for you to enjoy during your visit. Should you wish to eat in there is a extending dining table for up to 10 with a further table that can be added to accommodate 12 guests.

Room 1 has a king size bed, large walk through mirrored wardrobe area to the en-suite shower room (including WC, basin, shower and heated towel rail along with cupboard storage), a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and a sofa. The sofa can convert to a single bed if required and a cot is also available to make this room a very comfortable family room.

Room 2 offers a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe with additional drawer storage, further table and chair.

Room 3 has twin beds with bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair.

Room 4 is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, vanity unit, large chest of drawers, an armchair and additional hanging space.

For extra guests there is a double sofa bed off the lounge and as mentioned an additional single sofa bed in the bedroom 1.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, washing machine and a large range of utensils for your convenience.

Within the bathroom is a bath, overhead electric shower and bathroom cabinet.

For younger guests a travel cot & high chair is available at no additional cost if you require. Please advise us when you book.

The apartment is a 10 minute ride on the No.22 bus from Waverley train station . A taxi from the train station costs between £6-£10. There is the added benefit of one parking space within the courtyard and further free on street parking immediately outside the apartment and on adjoining streets.

Good communication & accurate information


Great apartment in a convenient location with good bus links. Great communication from owner and excellent meet & greet.Contact given for problems during our stay If we had needed them.

You have an excellent portfolio of apartments and your website is easy to use sand very informative and accurate.


This is a fantastic apartment, very spacious and comfortable with everything needed for a most enjoyable stay. Although it is on the fourth floor, the stairs are not steep and are easy to negotiate, even for relatively elderly people. It is really well situated, just a short walk from many good restaurants and the other attractions in Leith, as well as being only a short bus or taxi ride from the centre of Edinburgh and the old town. We all loved it!
