Situated on the Royal Mile, next door to the Scottish Parliament, is this stylish, contemporary and sophisticated two bedroomed apartment. You can hardly be better placed in Edinburgh, on the Mile and a short distance from the centre of the fantastically historical Old Town. One other bonus feature is the private, secure parking available; a much sought after benefit in Edinburgh.

Step out of the front door, at the more tranquil end of the Royal Mile, and dive in to ‘ye olde’ times, with the amazing, traditional buildings all around you and plenty of attractions to help you on the way, not to mention the abundance of pubs and cafes to quench your thirst or satisfy your hunger in between. For a slight change of scenery turn towards Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh’s prominent inactive volcano, and explore the hills, lochs and incredible panoramic views supplied by Holyrood Park.

Upon entering the property you are greeted by a lavish reception area; which will begin to prepare you for the elegance of the above apartment. You will not be disappointed. The roomy lounge will make you feel right at home, with stylish and comfortable settees surrounding the flat screen TV. From the living room you have seamless entry to the bright and sparkling kitchen, after passing a convenient dining area; of which the table can extend to cater for up to six people. You will have everything you need to whip up amazing meals for family and friends.

When it is time for some shut eye, take yourself to one of the two plush, double bedrooms and settle yourself down for a night of peaceful sleep. You will find the bedrooms bright and airy by day, with plenty of built in storage to hold away your luggage. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, with a shower, to help shake off the cobwebs in the morning. Make use of the opulent family bathroom and soak in a well-deserved bubble bath after a hike round Arthur’s Seat.

In this apartment you are staying practically next-door to the Queen, with her official residence, The Palace of Holyrood House a short walk further down the Royal Mile. Also, across the road you have Our Dynamic Earth; where the kids can explore the earth’s journey so far and maybe a bit of time travel, perfect for those drizzly days.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

Company was very easy to book with. Very quick to respond to questions. Will definitely use them again.


Flat was perfect for our needs. Lots of room for a family of 6. Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Alice was great and provided us with everything we needed. Will definitely stay when we return.
