The property is on the third floor with access by key entry from Rose Street. It has been renovated to a high standard whilst retaining original character. The layout of the property allows for a calm and relaxing environment whilst remaining in the centre of things.
Both bedrooms are of generous size and face the rear away from Rose Street (Rose Street Lane). One bedroom is in a shabby chic style with double brass bed chandilier and original Adams fireplace with second having two modern oak single beds.
The apartment has all mod cons new galley kitchen and new bathroom.The living/tv room has 42" plasma tv with Freeview connected.
Outside you will be immediately within one of Scotlands best known Streets. Rose Street has an urban buzz and is especially busy in August.
Edinburgh is Scotlands Capital City. The city has many famous attractions and the Edinburgh festival runs throughout August.
Edinburgh has all the international travel links expected from a Capital City. The bus system is rated the best in Europe and trains travel directly to the centre at either Waverly Station or Haymarket. Waverly is a five minute walk to Rose Street.
