This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nicks.

The apartment comprises of 1 en-suite Bedroom with a king size be, 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed, an open plan living area with dining facilities and a fully equipped kitchen including a 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave.

We also provide Free Wi-Fi (unlimited downloads), a Plasma T.V with Freeview and DVD Player. A Tesco Express is nearby and The Royal Mile boasts some lovely restaurants and bars as well as many Historical venues to visit.

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We provide a "meet and greet" service, whereby we will meet you at the apartment to provide keys and show you the layout of the apartment.

Check in is after 2pm

Departure is at 11am (although late departures can be accommodated for an additional cost, if available)
