The area where you will be staying is quiet and can also be reached using a frequent bus service to and from the city. If you are arriving by train then it is only 10 minutes from Haymarket Train Station. The Airport bus also stops at Haymarket.
This is a great apartment for larger groups or two families to share. This is a Duplex apartment over 2 levels, on the 3rd and 4th floor, therefore it will NOT be suitable for the elderly and infirm. There is plenty of space to settle in and enjoy a break and we have created a great space with bright and airy rooms, contemporary interior design along with all the modern appliances you may need.

This apartment is situated across the landing from Ardmillan Apartment 5 Bed which is also listed on this website and sleeps 12 people. If you want to rent them together please call the number on the website. In general we do not rent these apartments to single sex groups or to Stag and Hen parties, however these may be considered if a sizeable security deposit is paid. To enquire further about this please call the number on this website.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

Interior layout This duplex apartment is over two levels. The third floor level consists of one double bedroom, kitchen diner and beautifully appointed bathroom.
On the top floor there are 3 further double bedrooms a very modern shower room which boasts a 1.2 metre shower cabinet.
