This apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh close to Edinburgh Castle & St. Giles Cathedral. We are only minutes away from Waverley Rail Station, Princes Street, Edinburgh Bus Station and many major visitor attractions.

Featuring a wall-mounted HD-Ready flat screen TV with free-view channels, DVD player, free WIFI with high speed internet. There is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with bath/shower. All bedrooms can be arranged with a double bed or as a twin room with two single beds, depending on your requirements and two have en-suite shower rooms.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due on arrival. Please note a £500 refundable security deposit is required for this apartment. We have a central office on The Royal Mile where you can make your balance payment via all major debit/credit cards and pick up your keys. Standard Check-in time is 15:00hrs and standard Check-out time is 10:00hrs. Late Check-outs can be arranged at our reception on your arrival date (charges will apply, and is subject to availability).

All linen & towels are provided in the apartment. Guests who book our apartments for more than 7 nights will receive complimentary linen & towels change once a week.

We offer a complimentary drop off facility in our reception. We also accept stag/hen and single sex groups.

CHECK-IN

When checking in please come to our office and we will allocate you an apartment.

Our office is open from 09:00 – 19:00 Monday –Saturday and 09:30 – 19:00 on Sunday

Guests arriving out of hours must notify us in advance and call us when they are 30 minutes away from the city so the concierge can make their way into the city to meet them.

We have 22 apartments located up and down the royal mile at various locations, the furthest is 2 minutes walk from our check in office.

If you have trouble with stairs please mention this when making your booking and we will do our best to place you in a first floor apartment.

Sleeping arrangements All bedrooms can be arranged with double beds or as twin rooms.

Parking notes We DO NOT provide parking facilities. However we are glad to assist you to nearby Public Car Parks.
