This apartment is situated close to Royal Mile with its fascinating array of quirky closes, shops and restaurants. Holyrood Palace and the Queen’s gallery as well as Dynamic Earth, always popular with our younger visitors or Holyrood Park which offers lovely walks and breath taking views for the more energetic visitor. Princess Street is 10 minute walk.

Large spacious garden apartment in a quiet street in the east end of Edinburgh. This lovely garden apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.

This well finished Abbeyhill colony apartment comprises of one large bedroom with a separate seating area, a modern shower room with large wet room style shower, well equipped kitchen and a good sized living room with full size sofa bed. Skysports HD TV, internet and stunning decoration, this property would suit both the corporate lets and as a home from home holiday let. No smoking is permitted within the apartment.

A lovely private front garden - ideal for the summer months. On street parking with no parking fees is available.

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to provide keys and show you the layout. Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is by 11am (unless prior arrangements have been made for a later departure time).

There are excellent bus services to all areas just 1 minutes walk away, and Princes Street, Royal Mile and festival venues within easy walking distance. The airport express bus terminates at Waverley railway station, just a 7 minute taxi-ride away. See location map.

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking and the outstanding balance of the rental price must be received six weeks before your arrival date. For bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date the whole rental price falls payable at the time of booking. A refundable £100 damage deposit is due before arrival.

Sleeping arrangements In the main bedroom there is one kingsize bed plus a standard sofa bed which will sleep one adult or two small children. In the living room there is a sofa bed which sleeps two adults.

All transactions quick and concise. No hidden extras.

Product:

Marc and Shirley gave clear instructions and information. The apartment was beautifully clean and many thoughtful touches. I wouldnt hesitate to use them in the future.

Product:

everything good, clean, spacious, all you'd need, location (pleasant short walk to city centre: with nice views en route (the hills of Edinburgh on one side, grand buildings on the other), if you'd rather take the bus plenty of buses
