A charming 3 bedroom apartment set in the heart of the west end, close to the River Kelvin. Great Western Road is situated just 200m from the front door which has a variety of bars, restaurants and novelty shops indigenous to Glasgow's West End.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The building offers security entry and the apartment may be reached by a communal staircase, however there is no elevator in the building. The living area is extremely spacious with high ceilings and tall windows offering excellent vantage points for outside viewing. There are two chic sofas at one end of the living area positioned perfectly for watching television. One of the sofas converts to a bed that will sleep two guests. At the other end of the room are two arm chairs suitable for quiet relaxation. In the middle of the room you will find a contemporary dining table and six chairs, perfect for hosting all the family.

A modern kitchen off the living area comes with fully integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and various cooking utensils. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven. All accessories you would require during your stay can be found in the cupboards. There is a washing machine located within the apartment.

There are three bright, modern double bedrooms, each furnished to a high standard. One of the bedrooms contains two single beds. The bed configuration within the apartment is not changeable. The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite shower room. The main bathroom is also modern with a bath and shower over. The apartment has gas central heating providing fast heat and hot water throughout the apartment. The apartment also includes complimentary Wi-Fi, board games, DVDs and books.



The West End is also home to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Kelvin Hall International Sports Arena, Henry Wood Hall (home of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra) and the Museum of Transport. The West End Festival, one of Glasgow's largest festivals, is held annually in June.



We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 2.30pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 10.30am

Parking notes There is free on-street parking located within 500m on Belmont Street. Alternatively, there is on-street metered parking directly outside the apartment, costing 0.60 pence per hour.
