This spacious accommodation comprises of one large double bedroom, large lounge/dining area, separate fitted kitchen and modern bathroom with shower over the bath. The fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave and the apartment also comes equipped with a DVD player, I-Phone/Pad docking station and Free View TV. All towels, bedding and linen are included and a travel cot (on request), ironing board and hair dryer have all been provided.
The apartment is in the ideal location for all of Edinburgh's events such as the Edinburgh Festival, Six Nations rugby, Christmas and Hogmany celebrations or simply a city break. Helpful guide books and tourist information has also been provided for guests.
Check in time is 2pm and check out time is by 11am. Entry to the apartment is via a key safe and the code will be provided prior to your arrival. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance must be settled no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
For any bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the outstanding balance is due as soon as full confirmation is received. This is a lower ground apartment and therefore there are stairs on access.
