With clothing storage in the adjacent dressing room, you can both spread out and get ready for a day of pounding Edinburgh’s streets. The bright family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower perfectly rounds off this wonderful property.

The Cumberland Residence is centrally located in a beautiful residential Georgian street, typical of Edinburgh’s New Town grand design. Here you can enjoy city centre living, and, as you'll be staying just a few minutes’ stroll from Broughton Street and Canonmills, you can enjoy a great selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as familiar brands. A large Tesco is just around the corner for your larger food purchases.

Dean Village and Stockbridge, two of Edinburgh's best loved areas, are just around the corner and perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch or morning coffee. Splash the cash in Multrees Walk, an upmarket shopping street – think Louis Vuitton and Harvey Nichols – just a stone’s throw away, as well as retail havens John Lewis, George Street and Princes Street.

When it's time for some sightseeing, all of Edinburgh's main attractions are in easy reach. Edinburgh Castle, The Palace of Holyroodhouse and The Old Town are walkable in 30 minutes, and frequent bus services depart from just the local area with destinations such as Royal Yacht Britannia and Rosslyn Chapel.

Please note that this property does not have free parking. Therefore, parking is available for a fee of £3.10p/h, 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Parking is free outwith these hours (including on weekends).

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the Property Manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 22:00 will incur a late fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable 7 days prior to arrival, incase of any breakages or damages. This security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
