The property which is on the 2nd floor features an attractive L shaped hallway, off the hallway is a large cupboard where the washing machine / tumble dryer / fridge are located. The Hallway faces directly into the kitchen area which has all the modern appliances; Nespresso coffee machine (Including free pods) Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Electric hob, Microwave and Complimentary coffee and teas. There is also a collection of dry goods for use and a fresh pint of milk on arrival.

Sleeping arrangements The double bedroom has a large separate storage room to hang and store clothes along with a separate clothes drawer. The Bedroom has views over the Montgomery Street Park and beyond towards the Firth of Forth.
