How about taking advantage of the bicycle hire located right across from the main door? Put on your helmet and get ready to make some unique memories of one of Scotland's scenic cities. Visit the Queen's Park grounds and Pollock Country Park. For the sports and concert fans, Hampden Park is only 9 minutes' drive away and the O2 academy a 3 minute drive, or a short 10 minute walk.

The Victoria Residence has been recently renovated and refurbished and the apartment is located on an elevated ground level. Step into the fresh and bright living room which is open plan with the kitchen and a dining set for up to 4 guests. For those cool, crisp and wintry evenings snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the flame effect electric wall heater. The sofa converts to a double sofa bed which is requested at the time of booking and carries an additional charge. The compact kitchen unit has everything you need to prepare your choice of delicious meals, including the essential start to the day with coffee brewed in a cafetiere. If you plan to stay for a longer period, take full advantage of the large freezer facility.

The double bed is nestled in a snug area in the bedroom which has loads of hanging and draw space - perfect for storing all weather clothes. Don't forget that Glasgow can have 3 seasons in a day; dazzling sunshine, rain and then temperatures can drop to rather chilly. Come well prepared! The bathroom is modern and elegant which has a shower above the bath.

The car park area is located at the back of the building and the dedicate parking space is located on the upper level. For your information, the council waste bins are located in the lower level.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
