A flat screen smart TV and wifi internet access will take care of your entertainment needs.

Moving through to the kitchen and you’ll find everything you need. Integrated appliances include a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. A small dining table for four guests completes this wonderful home from home.

Time to rest? Two double bedrooms, both tastefully decorated overlooking quiet gardens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom is spacious and comes complete with en-suite shower-room / toilet. Both bedrooms have plentiful storage with extensive built-in mirrored wardrobes.

This apartment is well catered with a Sainsbury's grocery store and high street retail stores at Cameron Toll Shopping Centre, just a short 5-minute drive away. A Morrisons supermarket and petrol station is just around the corner on Gilmerton Road, along with Liberton Golf Club, which is open to non-members.

Accessing the city centre couldn't be easier with Edinburgh’s excellent bus service, providing frequently serviced routes on your doorstep.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 25 pounds for unsociable hours and 40 pounds for arrivals after 11pm. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.
