This Mews house was originally stables, probably belonging to the landed gentry who in the late 1800’s would stable their coach and horses when they came to visit the city to enjoy its attractions!
Today, The Edinburgh Mews is a quiet and tastefully restored house, in the heart of Edinburgh city centre. This home provides everything required for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
This modern city centre property is tucked away in a charming cobbled lane, being virtually traffic free, and located in an exclusive area.
The mews is set on two floors and comes with a single parking space, in an attached garage.
The current owners have kept this home in the family now for 3 generations, and has been loved and cared for, for over 60 years.
"The apartment is beautifully appointed, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for for an enjoyable stay. The location at the West End is just fantastic but despite the very central location the lane itself is remarkably quiet and peaceful. Having a private garage adjoining the apartment must be a rarity in central Edinburgh but a real bonus. Guests April 2019"

We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 25 years. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £500 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
