The Quartermile complex is extremely impressive and modern in its style which allows for such impressive large windows.

Rates include full use, maintenance and heating of hot tub throughout the stay.

The apartment also has access to a free underground parking space with direct access to building, and can be accessed through the lift.

The apartment is situated in a chic and vibrant area, complete with history, local attractions, museums and galleries, eateries, shops and gym. Nestled next to the iconic The Meadows park, only a few minutes walk from the Royal Mile, in the Old Town and 10 minutes from the city centre.

-Booking Requirements-
The Edinburgh Address require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID. We will require the lead guest to sign copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups or parties. One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. There is a strictly non-smoking policy. A damage deposit of £850 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

    Local area The apartment is located within the Quartermile in Edinburgh which boasts fantastic restaurants and shopping experiences alike. There is a gym within the Quartermile complex and an Express Sainsbury's so that you are never far away from the essentials. Veeno, which is a popular wine bar is almost opposite the building so you can socialise without venturing too far. Close to the Quartermile are wonderful tourist attractions to keep any visitor amused such as the Greyfriars Bobby statue, the Museum of Scotland and Surgeons Hall Museum. Within a short walk are more cafes and bars, including one of the famous cafe's where JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter.
