This sea facing 1st floor Victorian apartment has high ceilings, original features and large picture windows and two wonderful gas fires set within period fire places.

Kitchen
The modern kitchen offers breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock from the balcony. There is a bistro table and chairs for you to enjoy the views. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction electric hob, gas oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer, coffee maker, washing machine/tumble drier and water cooler. Everything you will need to ensure your stay is comfortable at this lovely seaside apartment.

Living room / Dining room
The sitting room enjoys uninterrupted sea views of the Firth of Forth and the sandy beach below. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and easy chair, together with a dining table which seats 4. During the colder months you might want to enjoy cosy nights in with the fire on sipping a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and enjoying the tranquility of this room admiring the stunning views over the bay. There is a Bose DAB radio and iPod dock for your use.

Sitting room
The second sitting room has a large comfortable leather sofa and arm chair and gas fire for those chillier evenings. There is a large TV with the Sky Variety Bundle and plenty of DVDs for you to watch. There is direct access onto a balcony with a bistro table with 2 chairs for you to use.

Please be aware that this property benefits from two balconies with sea views. The balconies are equipped with balustrades approximately 4ft high.

General:
This lovely apartment is carefully designed and equipped to appeal to guests looking for a stylish apartment decorated to reflect its beach side location. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. There is a small charge of £35.00 per dog and we will allow 2 well behaved dogs

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
