Space
The apartment is located on the 5th floor. A lift will take you up to the 4th floor and from there it is one flight of stairs up to the top floor. The building has a secure entry system and a key pad gives access to the 5th floor. Coming in through the apartment door you will find yourself in the extra bedroom, with a fold-out sofa bed which can be used as a single or a double (sleeping 2 people). From there you can access the bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchen. The apartment has a beautiful balcony from where you can see as far as the Forth Bridges, the castle and across the water to Fife. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. This includes on the balcony. Any guest wishing to smoke needs to do so outside the building.

Where possible we will meet you in person on arrival, tell you everything you need to know about the apartment and answer any questions you may have. During your stay we are available by phone in case of questions or if you need any help.

Arrivals after 9PM are charged a £20 late check-in fee, arrivals after midnight are charged a £30 late checkin fee. This fee is payable in cash on arrival.

The Michelin-starred restaurants and Royal Yacht Britannia in Leith are half an hour on foot or 10 minutes by bus.
