Interior layout This spacious duplex apartment has been furnished to an excellent standard. The upper level comprises of entrance hallway, main bathroom with shower, plus a twin bedroom and storage facilities. The bedroom on the upper floor is on a mezzanine level which overlooks the living room. There is also a sofa-bed located within the bedroom which can be prepared for guests subject to an additional guest fee. The large windows within the living room means that the upper bedroom enjoys maximum daylight. (Please note this means the room will be bright in the morning)

Stairs lead to the lower part of this apartment where the main rooms can be found. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a single chest of drawers. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Next door is a further large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers also. The living room is spacious and light on account of the large south facing windows. The dining table can seat 6 persons easily and there is plenty of sofa seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV and DVD facilities. WiFi is also complimentary during your stay in Matrix. There further storage cupboards for other items provided such as an iron & board.

The kitchen is adjoined to the living area and includes all modern integrated facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. The cupboards contain plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you would need to cater for home cooking. Gas Central heating will ensure warm and comfortable stay, with instant hot water at all times. Our guests are provided with luxury towels & bed linen during changed weekly for longer stays.
