Put your feet up on the super comfy sofa, and enjoy a moment of peace and quiet with the sun streaming in from the quiet, residential street. At night, the sofa converts in to a comfortable double bed. There’s plenty of entertainment available to guests, including FreeView TV and DVD player, WiFi, iPod dock and radio. Just off of the living room, a well-equipped kitchen is on hand to aid you in whipping up some of your own gastronomic treats.
You’re spoilt in the master bedroom, with king-size bed, plentiful storage and soothing décor. Conveniently separated, the WC and family bathroom with shower over tub completes this delightful home from home.
The local area offers a number of independent grocery stores – definitely check out Margiottas on the corner of Polwarth Crescent and Polwarth Gardens – as well as larger chains, such as Tesco express, and Sainsburys Local. Just at the end of the road is also Fountainpark leisure complex, home to Cineworld, Gambado soft play, Virgin Active gym, Nandos, Pizza Hut and much more. Yeaman Place is just one mile from Edinburgh’s most famous attractions, so if you’re craving Medieval streets, Castles or perhaps a royal residence, then you’re in luck.
The number 35 bus stops at the bottom of Yeaman Place on Dundee Street, that takes you to Edinburgh Airport in one direction, and Ocean Terminal (Royal Yacht Britannia) and the Royal Mile in the other direction. Edinburgh Haymarket train station is less than a mile from the apartment, with services to the rest of Scotland and the UK.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 15:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
