The two double bedrooms feature one king size, and one double bed, both with plentiful storage and large windows. The living room has leather sofas, flatscreen TV (with DVD player), and broadband WiFi, perfect for a quiet night in if you fancy. There is a family bathroom with large bath with shower over, plus a further extra large shower room, and a WC and utility room. The modern kitchen is brand new, and features everything you need to rustle up your own culinary delights. Why not head to the nearby Castle Terrace or Stockbridge farmers' markets and pick up some local delicacies to add in to your own cooking?
Alva Street combines an excellent central location within the heart of Edinburgh's West End in an elegant residential Georgian street that exemplifies the New Town grand design. The property enjoys all the benefits of city centre living with a wide variety of shops and
restaurants, the West End Village being home to some of the top contemporary independent retailers in the city. The magnificent Charlotte Square and the famous Princes Street are each just a minute's walk from the door. The beautiful Usher Hall and numerous other concert and theatre venues are a short walk away. Haymarket station is within ten minute's walk, providing convenient rail connections to Glasgow, St Andrews, Inverness and the Highlands.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
