No problems, quick and efficient service.
Excellent location but terrible if you have a car with you. I abandoned it and used the bus, which was fine and I was made aware of the situation before booking. Apartment lovely and spacious with good, clean facilities and well equipped kitchen. Could do with thicker duvets and or few extra blankets. Was a bit chilly for us southerners! Children enjoyed playing in the garden and the dvds. Very good service from Alice the conceirge.

Easy to deal with, friendly and efficient
Nice apartment, tastefully furnished and decorated, plenty of space, great location. We struck a particularly cold weekend and it did take a couple of days to heat up but other than that we were very comfortable there.

Well organised.
A parking permit would have been very helpful (without one you have to move the car every four to six hours in the week ). The apartment was a great location though and comfortable.

We had a really lovely stay - the flat was in good condition, with all the amenities you'd expect. It's a great spot and, as we already knew Edinburgh well, a good location to walk to touristy spots and the university.

The flat was divine and enormous. We were very comfortable and delighted with the neighbourhood and surroundings. The flat had everything we needed. A wonderful experience in Edinburgh! Highly recommended!

We had very nice stay in Edinburgh. The flat is very well located. You can easily explore the old town on foot. The flat has a great flair. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds are comfortable. The sheets are pleasantly soft. Only for the large bed in the large bedroom it would be good to have a second pair of bed linen as not everyone is used to sleeping with another person under a large blanket.

We had a great time in Anna's Marchmont appartement. It is very well furnished, comfortable, and with a few very nice touches (golf clubs for the Bruntsfields Links !). Situation is perfect to discover Edinburgh on foot, and offers plenty of shops, pubs, take-aways and restaurants nearby. As a family of five, we absolutely recommend Anna's apartment for a visit to Edinburgh and soak up its authentic atmosphere.

A great little apartment, within walking distance of hay market and the city. Lots of nice little places around to eat and drink. Plus close by to my daughters student accommodation.

Beautiful and comfortable main door flat close to the university and town centre. Very handy for attending Fringe shows. Lovely shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and a beautiful shared garden. Eddie was friendly and responsive, even supplying us with a laundry basket and clothespins upon request. Nice touch having golf clubs and balls available to use at nearby Bruntsfield links! Gorgeous castle view from one block over and a public swimming pool around the corner.

The flat was perfect for a couple of nights in Edinburgh. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood, away from the crowds, but near enough to walk everywhere. The flat came with everything we needed, and was pleasant and comfortable.

Thank you so much Daisy/Eddie - we had such a lovely stay in Edinburgh at your AirBnb. The place was very spacious and the master bedroom was extra lovely! It had everything we needed to have a great stay. The garden is lovely too and access to the building was seamless. Just off the road from a huge park, it’s a great area of Edinburgh too.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. The location of the flat made it really easy to go to the city and as the weather was nice, we did everything on foot. The apartment is ideal for a family of 5. It is spacious, very clean, quiet, close to a grocery store and some restaurants. The neighbourhood is classy and historical. The kitchen is small but very well equipped, we appreciated the use of the dishwasher and some basic ingredients (coffee, sugar, salt and oil) are available. The wi-fi works well. The access to the flat is easy with the key box. If ever, we have friends or family going to Edinburgh, we will surely recommend the Classic Marchmont Charm.

Daisy’s flat is really lovely… and such a great location! Very quiet street in Marchmont but also super close to all that Bruntsfield has to offer! Three min supermarkets within a few minutes not to mention the lovely Earl of Marchmont pub as well as cafes, neighbourhood shops and salons. The meadows is just a short walk.
The flat itself is generous, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is a little galley but easy to use and straight on to the very well looked after shared garden (magical). The cosy sitting room is perfect but the main bedroom is the real luxury!!
There was a little hiccup on the first night but it was sorted easily and effectively. And we were more than happy with the outcome. Communications were great. We’d definitely stay again…

We really enjoyed our stay at the property while visiting our daughter at the University. Marchmont is a lovely, quiet, residential area with a Sainsburys Local at the end of the road as well as several nice cafes, a chemist etc nearby. The Meadows are only a short walk away and are a picturesque route into town. Eddie, from the agency who run the property, let us in early, was friendly and explained everything very clearly. The flat was warm and clean and very comfortable and we would definitely go back.

"It was mostly wonderful. Most of the rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed, and we enjoyed our stay a great deal. We also loved the location and the quiet neighborhood.
Three details detracted a little from our stay. The first was the kitchen. We were not prepared for such a tiny kitchen with the refrigerator so far away. We managed, of course, but it made our
Thanksgiving Day meal preparations quite the challenge.
The second was that we were not familiar with the stove (hub), and we could not find instructions for it. It took us several hours of fiddling and downloading things to figure it out.
The third was that there were many electrical outlets that were either faulty or had loose wires. It was difficult to find an outlet that would stay connected whilst using a hair dryer, for example.
I also wonder if it might be a safety hazard to have loose connections like that.
Those issues were minor and did not make it bad for us. We enjoyed the flat and felt comfortable throughout the duration of our stay."
