This is a lovely,clean, well equipped apartment. It is on the 2nd floor, but the lift is good. We spent one evening on the 4th floor outside terrace with excellent views over Edinburgh & beyond!<br />The apartment is in a perfect position very near Haymarket station. There are plenty of very good restaurants within easy walking distance.<br />We arrived at the apartment early & it wasn't ready, but Audrey welcomed us & let us leave our bags inside which was very helpful.<br />The only issues we had was the intermittant TV signal, but that wasn't a big problem as we were out most of the time

reserve apartments put us in touch with the owners and then we dealt with them directly from there.

Product:

Stayed in the apartment as a group of 8 friends, 3 of the rooms are a good size, 1 a little small with no window.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, good bedding and very comfortable beds.
The place needs some TLC - looks great in the pictures but in reality is a little shabby.
On the plus side the facilities in the apartment block are good - nice pool and its great to have the roof terrace ....and of course, not too far from Murrayfield.

A beautiful, well presented apartment with your every need catered for, Very much making this 'home from home'
Extremely clean and well maintained by Audrey from housekeeping.
Owners Beverley & John are lovely and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Pool area & Roof terrace with a view over the city topped off a fantastic trip for myself & my family. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Only made the booking through a company and paid10% deposit. All other transactions were made directly with the owners and so cannot really comment.

The apartment was exactly as described. Good location to get into Edinburgh (easily walkable). A very good base to explore the city.
