everything good, clean, spacious, all you'd need, location (pleasant short walk to city centre: with nice views en route (the hills of Edinburgh on one side, grand buildings on the other), if you'd rather take the bus plenty of buses

From the moment we arrived to when we were leaving we were made to feel welcome and at home. The apartment is spacious and well equipped but also very cosy with lots of sofas and a very comfortable bed. Kitchen and shower room are both modern and the whole apartment is clean and fresh. We were supplied with loads of clean fluffy towels and lots of goodies in the fridge and kitchen cupboards. The apartment is perfectly located, away from the bustle of the city but within easy walking distance of the centre (or minutes by bus for those who are less active!) We enjoyed exploring the area in the evening and found three pubs, each with it's own different character, a decent chippy and a very good Italian restaurant.

Really good apartment and location. Thanks to Marc and Shirley for excellent communication without being intrusive. The kitchen supplies were a real bonus too.

This is a lovely apartment in a great spot for walking in to the centre of Edinburgh. The owners are very friendly and helpful - the apartment wants for nothing and very thoughtfully has supplies that can be used and paid for at the nnd of your stay.

The communication we received from Marc before arriving was brilliant. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed and was much larger than it appears in the pictures on the website. Nice touch supplying milk and bread for us and having an honesty system for other things (alcohol, chocolate etc). Also, bath robes and loads of towels were supplied. Marc was very good at telling us how to get around and helping us with parking spots. It was in the perfect location for us as we were there for the Ironman triathlon and it was situated really close to Meadowbank and Holyrood park. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you

Lovely spacious apartment with quality fixtures and fitting and a very comfy bed, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, easy bus ride to town centre or a pleasant 20 min walk, Marc is a very helpful chap and the welcome pack is a nice touch .

We loved our stay in this apartment. Marc and Shirley were helpful all throughout correspondence and the actual stay. It is a very homely apartment close to town. We will be recommending this to all family and friends, and will definitely be coming back to stay.

Perfect condition and beautiful apartment. Was way above our expectation and the owners have thought of everything to make guests feel welcome, and catered for. The apartment is larger than we thought and beautifully decorated and the location was perfect for our needs when visiting the Fringe Festival. The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Will definately be booking here again.

The apartment has a very good location, close to the city center but also in a quiet zone. The apartment itself is very cozy, well furnished, outfitted and clean. The owner was very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, we took out little boy with us and they provided travel cot, all his bedding, high chairon, child friendly cutlery and crockery, even bedtime stories and toys! So impressed! Will definately be recommending and visiting again in the future. Thanks :-)

The apartment was only a short walk from the city centre in lovely location and a lot bigger than I was expecting, fitting five of us quite easily. Shirley and Marc were really accommodating and went out of their way to stock the fridge with bread, bacon, milk etc. I would highly recommend this apartment to types of travelers; whether a family, group of friends, or couples; it really does tick all the boxes
