We had a wonderful stay here for our week in Edinburgh! Amazing access to the University & all other areas of the city. Access to a diversity of fantastic food (we ate Scottish, Japanese, Spanish, Italian & Chinese). The home was in great shape & perfect for us: 2 BRs, good bath & kitchen/dining enough for a small Thanksgiving dinner. Lastly, the Old Bell Inn—only steps away from the front door—is a gem. So grateful for the memories. Thank you, Alison!

Everything was as promised. Nice host with a quick response time. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants in the surrounding area and close to the city center.

This was a very cozy place to stay, only a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride to the Royal Mile. Bus stop was very convenient to go to other parts of the city such as Dean's Village or Royal Britannia. The flat was very quiet and there were some great little places to eat within a 5 minute walk (Italian, Indian, Asian, Pubs). the host was extremely responsive. highly recommend.

Alison our host was a great communicator, left easy instructions to get in to the flat. Location was great, a short walk to Arthur’s seat. The flat was really clean & tidy and had good living room space to relax in. Overall a lovely stay!

Excellent location that offered easy access to restaurants, pubs and transport yet was peaceful and relaxing. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable stay.

A very clean house, ideal for 4 people. Having only one bathroom can be a bit of a hassle, but aside from that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Ideal location with easy walking into the centre. We could not have asked for more and would highly recommend. Anna could not have been more helpful and we would definitely rebook on future visits to Edinburgh.

We had a brilliant stay in Edinburgh, the location was a 15 min walk to the centre. The apartment its self was fantastic, huge space for us (bigger than the pictures make it look) very clean and comfortable beds. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Easy to walk to the Royal Mile and Arthur's Seat. Pretty much everything is walkable or easily accessible via the bus routes. The sofa bed was super comfortable and came well equipped. The place was super clean, matched the description and photos exactly, and the hosts were friendly and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we would return without hesitation.

We really had a perfect stay at Anna’s place, the house is big, warm and lovely, ideal for either a family or friends visiting Edinburgh. It is close to city center, easily reachable on foot, as well as to supermarkets open till late. There is also very good cafeteria in front of the house, for breakfast or brunch. The house is super clean and tidy. I think it is one of the most clean Airbnb I have ever been. I strongly recommend this place, hope to be back again soon!

This property is run by a management company and the team were very responsive throughout. It was a great place to stay and walkable to the city centre. The house was clean, well kept, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area is easily accessible on foot, by bus, or by taxi/Uber. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking was straightforward. Host and managing company communications were clear and prompt with useful, friendly advice provided. Access was clear and our arrival was straightforward. The apartment was clean and bright. The location was excellent for Summerhall and a short walk to the Meadows. No problems with any Uber or Deliveroo drivers finding the apartment. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place within walking distance of the city centre. Parking is a hassle - go for a 24h garage (what we ended up doing). Clean & tidy and surely a good option when visiting Edinburgh :-)

I stayed here for two nights with my family for my graduation at the UoE. The location is excellent, the apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the host was great at communicating. I would definitely return.

Nice apartment just as described. Good amenities. The flat is run by a management company meaning there were some additional checks. Check in/out times were slightly different than advertised on Airbnb.

The flat is on a quiet street with some nice shops and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. It is spacious, sparkling clean and has everything we need for family trip. We like the layout a lot and feel like staying in our home.

"Tasteful Comfort in a Good Location

Left on Jan 16, 2016 for a stay in Dec 2015
This apartment had the best equipped kitchen we have experienced. The rooms were well appointed and decorated to make them comfortable, yet roomy.
We really appreciated the washer/dryer! The water colours on the walls, which we assume were done by the owner, were lovely.
The owner greeted us with a delightful winter bouquet and mince tarts, which made us feel very welcomed.. We had fun food shopping in the area and appreciated the owner's recommendations.
We walked everywhere from the apartment. Edinburgh Address staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with in processing the rental and very prompt with the return of our deposit."

"Accomodation was of a very high standard. Clean, tidy and spacious, can't ask for much more than that. The owner that met us at the property was very helpful giving sound advice on how to use internal appliances, local amenities and transport links. The apartment was very good value and worked very well for us, right size, location spot on, having the extras such as tea, dish washing soap, clothing detergents etc made a huge difference as we did not need to purchase that. Loved the Organic store/cafe round the corner and certainly found buses and taxi's worked very well for us definitely did not need a car.

Was fantastic to be met by the owner Alison and her explanation on how everything worked was a great help especially coming from a different country where little things like garbage sorting etc is often very different. We loved our stay in the apartment it was like a home from home.

Very good value. I think there is no way to improve the acommodation it was impressive. In our opinion the apartment it's great and it was better than we expected so for us it's a 10 over 10. We are so comfortable and happy in your beautifully appointed flat. I especially appreciate all the fresh flowers and the many nice amenities, such as the Au Lait toiletries and the new kitchen supplies (sponge, cloths, etc.)

"When we arrived at the apartment we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the overall apartment. It had such a homely feel that we found it to be perfect. It was also extremely well equipped and had all of the essentials that we required. The apartment had a modern décor and was the perfect accommodation for celebrating the Hogmany festival. I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone travelling to Edinburgh and hopefully I will be personally re-booking the apartment when I am next in Edinburgh.

The Edinburgh Address were a hassle free service who provided over and beyond what we expected. The flat was of a very high standard and all of our requests such as late check in & late check out were completed without a single problem. "Excellent, plenty of space for our party of 4 adults and 1 infant, everything we required was provided and more. Local amenities were more than adequate for day to day bits and bobs and location was ideal, close enough to city centre for easy visiting but far enough away for quieter evenings. The apartment was kitted out to a very high standard and was spotless. Will definitely recommend to friends and family."

"We just returned from our vacation to England, Scotland, France and Italy. While away we stayed at five different self catering accomodations. My entire family agrees (6 of us) that the Causwayside was the best of all of them. The apartment was clean, newly renovated, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The fresh flowers and fruit we received on our arrival made for a warm welcome and the specialty bars of soap and lotions in the bathroom gave a pampered feel to the place. It was easy to get to by public transit (however the bus line 42 schedule is a bit long between buses but that is not the reponsibility of the apartment owner) and if necessary, it can be walked from downtown. This apartment is perfect for a family of 4 but our family of six was comfortable in the space making use of the pull out sofa bed. After being in many other places, this was great value for the money and our only regret was that we didn't spend mor time here. We would definitely go back and recommend to our friends."
