Set within an old Victorian school building is a modern and charming one bedroom apartment, right in the centre of Edinburgh. This property has been magnificently converted and makes a great base for any trip to Scotland's capital.

Settle in to this slice of history, after you have finished exploring Edinburgh's many delights. Waiting within the bright and cosy living room is a comfortable and welcoming sofa, enticing you to take a load off and curl up in front of the TV. This sofa also has a hidden asset: it can convert into a sofa bed for up to two additional guests. Wifi is available for guests.

The fully fitted kitchen is ready and waiting to help you knock up your own culinary treats. The sleek, modern design houses all of the mod cons you could need, including fridge/freezer, oven with electric hob, and microwave. Enjoy your creations at the table tucked to the side of the worktop.

When you are ready to power down for the night, take yourself in to the airy double bedroom and enjoy a tranquil nights sleep. This room also benefits from a large, built in wardrobe, so there is plenty of space to store all of your luggage and anything extra purchased on a Princes Street spending spree.
If you need a little help to shake the cobwebs in the morning, jump into the bathroom and let the jet-powered shower pamper you, in a luxuriously long soak.

This apartment is ideally located for any trip to Edinburgh, with many main attractions reachable on foot. Located between Pleasance and South Bridge, this lower ground floor apartment is just 5 minutes away from the world famous Royal Mile. Take a walk through Edinburgh's Old Town and get lost in the rich history of this captivating city. To explore more of what our country has to offer, you will find plenty of frequent transport options that can take you to all corners of the city and further afield.

Baggage Drop - this may be possible by prior arrangement.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

Sleeping arrangements One Double bed, and one sofa bed

    Reserve apartments was great easy booking service.

    Location was great and apartment was good size for myself for a months stay. Hot water wasn’t good, even after getting instructions to get hot water working it still wasn’t very hot even after waiting over an hour to heat up. The oven wasn’t working but a small counter oven was provided but could only use oven or hob not both at the same time and was very small. I was told an engineer would be coming out to fix the oven but then heard nothing else and no one came to fix. The apartment is at the back of the property right next to a car park which means it’s quite noisy with cars going up and down the ramp, lights beaming into the bedroom, perhaps black out curtains/blind would be a good idea.

Thank you for letting us know about the issues encountered during your stay. Please note the hot water system at the property uses a tank which does take a while to heat - the temperature of this has also been turned down following a recent legionella test which showed a high risk of scalding. We can also assure you that the Property Management team has been working hard to find someone to fix the oven and in the meantime has placed a temporary oven in the property for guests' use - an engineer is now being arranged and we apologise that this wasn't done in time for you to benefit from during your stay.     Quiet side street with little noise intrusion. Has most of the necessary items included. The bedroom has a wall fan heater and the living room and kitchen area has an oil filled radiator. Both were satisfactory. The bathroom could do with a refresh but was clean, everything worked fairly well. I would go back again if I wanted to stay in Edinburgh.
